Hey im making a website for a restaurant right now and i would prefer to put from a news section ( For Updates On the Menu.. etc. ) but i dont learn how to make everything in order in the heart, saying Posted by, like:

However very confusing, and also a bad choice of your example, I think the particular poster wants to learn how to post some news/article and the way to allow visitors in order to post and/or read all of the article.
The two are common within blogs and scaled along content management methods.
