Program Start Up Screens

Hi there, can someone kindly point me near starting to learn how to create one in the pop up shots that come up before you start a program, like Microsoft Word such as. I think they may be called " splash screens" but dress yourself in be something somewhat different.

Thanks a lot!

Are you currently talking about web pages, or native products (PC software)

For every website, I would avoid splash screens. Right now there really is absolutely no purpose
to get them, and they will simply add also more clicks, or even more " waiting" for your user.
Neither of the things are exactly what users want once they visit a website.

This example you gifted, like MS Term, is actually some thing they show though software
is definitely loading. Web pages are different then native executable software package.

No not really a website. I actually need one attached into a. pdf file whenever you open it. Where would I find details on the subject

With thanks!

You would need a program complier… No way to hijack that adobe executable ( that splash screen is included in one of thier your local library ), to present the screen from startup.

In your purposes, you would need to take the PDF FILE ( or whichever ), and compile it using your own library, but after you call the PDF FILE extension, you’re likely to invoke the adobe library which could then show the actual adobe splash display screen.

You may re-package them in to an installer system, bit again, if it is a PDF file you’re opening, it’s planning to call the adobe library for thier splash screen ( or perhaps whatever PDF reader anyone has installed ).
