We’ve a client which has a local real house business. He has 60 houses or so. But also wants others and therefore put their household for rent on the website.
He wants coursesmart to be installation " kind of" such as rent. com or maybe something. Where homes are searchable simply by different variables, book price, zip value etc
How would you suggest this possibly be done. I do not want to change a property to " rented" whenever it rents. I want the client and therefore do it

You’ll need a membership sections (register, login, admin control).
You’ll need a place intended for storing photos (several photos for your same property)
Then certainly, the main collection for listings, details, etc.
You can use Drupal or Joomla due to this if you were interested in a pre-made system.
