My business is able to produce it in XML formatting using online gear.

You could style XML with CSS, but it does not work in IE without having Javascript, which beats the purpose, WHEN I guess. Other in comparison with that, XSL, which I’ve never bothered to master, is the best option. w3schools has a page for it.

Dude… unless you’re on a free host, you should be able to get at minimum basic support intended for databases and/or server-side development languages for exactly what you’re likely having to pay.
