Table cell height has gone mad!

I’m building a site in Dreamweaver MX, and the table I have shows beeing the height of this text in Pattern view, but next time i preview in IE, the cells really are a lot taller. When will i make the solar cells the height from the text in these The page under consideration is attached. (BTW, I am just very new to web development, and as such I don’t know HTML. )

Firstly, the page which is attached looks just like it was done in MS Word of mouth (which isn’t detrimental to starting but causes plenty of problems, particularly inside browsers that Ms didn’t make. ) Look at to look from redoing the page from scratch inside Dreamweaver MX.

Minute, you make us going for a table/table cell attribute (height) which is buggy at most effective. If you need your cells that they are the height of the text in these, the best thing you can use is lose which height attribute.

Here you are at the board, however. And there’s almost nothing wrong with becoming new. Everyone is at some time, right

Why does it seem like it was carried out in Word WE removed the length attribute btw, it was established to 608 for whatever reason.: ichatshocked:

The source code of the web page:

Code:
< meta name=" ProgId" content=" Expression. Document" >
< meta name=" Generator" content=" 'microsoft' Word 9" >
< meta name=" Originator" content=" 'microsoft' Word 9" >

Pretty exposing, isn’t it: -D

Also this tiny bit here reveals it absolutely was created in workplace, even without the idea of 9. 0 rolls above:

Code:
< web coding xmlns: v=" urn: schemas-microsoft-com: vml"
xmlns: o=" urn: schemas-microsoft-com: business: office"
xmlns: w=" urn: schemas-microsoft-com: business: word"
xmlns=" http: //www. w3. org/TR/REC-html40" >

EDIT – Spaces put in to stop smiley faces sprouting up.
MODIFY (transio) – eradicated spaces and unchanging smiley problem

You possibly can turn smileys off inside your post.

MY PARTNER AND I agree… start off of with Dreamweaver, MSWord (the newer ones) makes HTML by far the most bassakwards way I’ve seen. In fact many of it isn’t perhaps HTML… thus the confusing part.

Nevertheless I did create the page around Dreamweaver…

Dreamweaver EXPERIENCE or 2000: -D

Critically, if you would that site completely in Dreamweaver, and then something is awfully wrong with which scenario. MS Word tags will not appear for a bad one reason at most of.

Thanks Transio, MY PARTNER AND I forgot that

I think I would have edited this page in Word at some time long ago.
