W3C validation

I became wondering how the majority of you make in force W3C websites. I did a search by using yahoo for internet site design and I cecked the initial 10 companies detailed and none of these are W3C legitimate. How important it really is that the web pages you create are usually W3C valid All my sites comform towards the W3C specifications. I think it is significant more people start designing their web sites with web standards. Although I do not believe that it is vital that that they " vailidate" for the W3C validator. When you have attempted to get near it then sometimes that could be well enough. The validator is merely to check as a result of your work. It doesn’t detect everything. If your webblog validates it doesn’t mean your site conforms to the online standrds. The Font From the Austin TX Power Plant — Anyone Know it?

Or something like it, here can be an image… and another discussion started and not solved… about it. http: //www. myfonts. com/WhatTheFont/forum/viewthread. phpthreadid=193848 Howdy kennedrw, Wow, I was surprised how many results I found on google for that electricity plant, everyone saying the amount of they love the font, etc… I finally read several papers on this history of Austin and cities in the 40s, and plenty of those typefaces are custom/unique to the next building. I used to be able to find a photo that weren’t angled to very much. Straightened it away in PS, and just took the word PLANT, and got final results attached for a little something kinda close. Good challenge. Hope this particular helps. Ungus Ungus, this can be great. Thanks for taking a few minutes. I never knew that of a difficult thing it might be to find an exact match for a new font… but I’ll toy with what exactly you sent. This can be such a distinctive, cool font if it can’t be found I ask yourself how hard it is to create your personal font.

Question about web designer/interactive job market…

I was your graphic designer intended for almost 18 years once i had to make a career change and also have been doing something else in the past 10 years. I am looking at knowledge ? to school to educate yourself web design/programming/interactive animation so I could go back into your graphic world with experience inside newest technology. My question is We have watched the industry I will be currently in visit downhill fast, in that , my pay is definitely half what it absolutely was 10 years ago once i started due for you to outsourcing, mommies wanting to stay at home and will have any pay they might get, and voice recognition. I here’s a medical transcriptionist. My question is where is a state of this graphic industry.
