Josh Fu Here you are at WDF! Can an individual please re-word your question Not just sure what your own question is. Sounds like you intend to recieve your mail through outlook rather than using their webmail interface If that’s the case you need your online sites providers(or whoever you’ve got your email akun with) POP/IMAP equipment address. Usually like mail. domain. com or even pop. domain. com. Might be an IP handle like 192. 168. FIFTY-TWO. 874. Then you’ll also need a strong SMTP server that will send email by outlook. Usually supplied by your internet service provider and like above examples. (smtp. space. com, etc.. ) Last you would like your username along with password. If you acquired all that to venture to outlook(express) > resources > accounts. It will have a ‘wizard’ that will prompt for most of that information … Continue reading

But it appears to me of which their design skills are certainly not very good that is certainly exactly why the " prices are dead cheap". Is your site or even something ‘design skills are certainly not very good and that is exactly why their particular " prices are dead cheap". ‘ Design has nothing related to hosting…. ‘Is this your web blog or something’ Nope, just thought I’d let you guyz find out! The domain was registered inside the last 24 a long time! How did you be made aware about them so quick Right. Domain registered in last Round the clock, you find released about them speedy. Once I say the design wasn’t very very good, I visit this and it’s adjusted. Same .swf file works on one page but another
MY PARTNER AND I can’t seem pinpoint what is not often known. I’ve the same flash game on two different pages, using the identical files submitted to my seperate hosting accouts (both considering the same hosting site), and something doesn’t work. I’ve scanned the files on the account of the particular working page and can’t see any kind of extra files it’s that the some other one doesn’t. I also examined the object code to ensure it’s referencing the proper. swf file address in fact it is. I’ve also re-uploaded the files several times and maybe they are uploading fully. Meanwhile all of the other flash online games I’ve uploaded work. I’m totally stumped. Anyone good along with flash games can tell me what else trend for Recommendations the offending page: update; link removed Important: When you find the page, you must press " Start out Game" before that flash will malfunction. Are you certain the 2 pages you are referring to is the same Maybe some variables are being posted to the particular swf file inside HTML on one but not the other. In case you got this video game off another site and wouldn’t develop it oneself it … Continue reading

robots.txt: what is (~)? Can "images" disallow "images" folders on all levels? Etc.
POST thought I find out about the robots. txt from not too long ago. However, this specific key article retains me scratching my head, now i always re-read it: what’s meant by a new squiggle () within this article In particular, this example: () = replace this squiggle by using any letters because of this example Or… () = actually utilize this squiggle in any robots. txt file to be a wildcard Or… () = several URLs actually contain a squiggle… can a particular directive exclude several " image" versions on multiple levels With all the standard method: Disallow: /images/ Disallow: forum/images/ Disallow: clients/joes-diner/images/ Disallow: clients/hotel-albion/images/ Can doing this and more be replaced because of the following single series… or something same… Is it advisable to place your blank index. htm report in every " disallowed" folder (such because the images folders) to discourage snooping But will it discourage snooping POST. e., if a folder includes no index file–anyone whom types that folder throughout his address pub is fed a convenient report on everything in in which folder. I have read that this sort of snoop particularly likes to visit the robots. txt report for directions wherever to snoop. Which … Continue reading

i’m an up and coming webdesigner, and i would like to start freelance webdesigning. i should get myself a site opting for myself and im less than shore what to add. I’m sure i need: related to me (page) phone (page) porfolio (page) I got thinking id want a page that is going to cover pricing although im not sure i dont feel like i would like much more. would you please tell me personally whether what i bought is right please name some we’ve not mentioned by going to to explain a better way i would fixed it out that could be good. also should i mention in my banner that im webdesigner thanx with advanced Area note: the forum rules ask one to use proper syntax For the pricing page — maybe you should have one particular, just because people will search for one, but you may just make it say they should contact an individual for pricing info and still provide a link for the contact page. Though although you may just make the idea say that, it is best to have some supplemental content on presently there, as well, it doesn’t look clear. I will consider … Continue reading
new mock-up
I’ve truly started a concept up of this future update plus was wondering precisely what you guys thought http: //farm1. static. flickr. com/171/393120478_4f5a5eeea8_o. jpg its on the flickr as their too big to put on here! Looks good but shouldnt this has been posted in hows our site well i contemplated that, but after looking at the blurb of the starting out segment: i felt that this was more ideal Yes, that definitely belongs the following. How’s My Site ought to be for *finished* web sites, as I understand it, which is the reason I’m often tempted to maneuver threads from around there to around here: -P Of course, How’s My Site is perfect for designs already applied into (X)HTML plus hopefully CSS. Static images associated with designs belong these or in other forums here since you can’t rate aspects such as download speed, handiness, and browser compatibility with a screenshot. ye seems to make more sense these days So, what can you all think I do believe it looks lovable… But it appears so simple. Is there going to become nav bar as well as anything yep, i’ve made a brand new one with nav that i’ll upload while … Continue reading

Help! I think our email was hijacked?
Consequently, I don’t know just as much as I should about adventures with email. I designed/coded/manage the website for the small company I generate. Recently, we been given around 70 " made a comeback to sender" postings… considering that all of us don’t send more than 5 to 6 emails a day time I found this particular rather odd. After i had a run through them, it appears our domain email has become somehow hijacked in order to send penis-enlargement unsolicited mail!! From email balances with our website name that don’t really exist. Consequently, is there any way I can figure out just what happened, how I can fix it, and how I can prevent it coming from happening again Personally i think it’s my responsibility since I am the one who manages the web-geekery at the job. If this isn’t the place to ask, can someone you need to point me while in the right direction Thankyou a lot. There’s nothing can be done to stop this, basically because the odds are that the e-mails didn’t originate from a server at almost all… e-mail is an exceptionally insecure medium… with a several lines of php you could write a … Continue reading
