netscape 6.1 background-image problems

Hi y’all. Ive been trying to figure this out but have appear short, so I thought I’d personally throw it out into the community. My business is having a problem displaying some pages in netscape SIX. 1 browser. With some pages, where I have a background-image=" somepic. jpg" throughout my. css track, the image shows throughout my page. While this is actually all well along with good, I don’t want the photograph displayed in the table making the text difficult that will read, so WHEN I assigned a bgcolor=" ffffff" for my table. Occasionally the page parses good, but when I head to the secure document page, the bgcolor attribute would not get parsed. If i click on another page (non-secure) the challenge persists. However, if i go to any 3rd page, the page displays properly. I’m not coding anything different within the pages that obtain parsed correctly and the ones that dont. This particular only happens within netscape 6. 1 (the oldest version of netscape I have loaded) but works fine in all other browsers. Newbie Question: How to Center and No-repeat Background Image

Hey guys… well this really is pretty straightforward query. Everytime I decide to put a image when my background, it doesn’t stay in the middle, and it often repeats. Is there anyway to generate it in the center of the page, regardless of size your cell phone is, and allow it to become so it would not repeat, and it stays still if you scroll the page Thanks for virtually any help. -KaiDaO HTML: body track record: url(" image. jpg" ) repeat-y prime center; That does not work… What component of it doesn’t work Or is more what that you’re after HTML: < head> < model type=" text/css" > human body background: url(" image. jpg" ) no-repeat center center; < /style> < /head> Hmm… that does not work either… i’m sorry guys, I’m still by far the most big newbie in web designing, and I do not know " which part" doesn’t work. noob 1st website help

hi, my 1st posting and website greetings everyone including i said i’m new to webdesign, i have seen lots regarding dreamweaver and photoshop video lessons and have fundamental concept, i created this and i need to turn it in to a nice website, with a header and nav with the top, conent at the center and footer with the bottom i learn how to slice it and all that, just once i place it inside dreamweaver things receive really complicated issues dont allign very well, dont know the right way to type over the image at the center, i want the can i have a unchanging size, but when when i insert a dev tag at the center it just doesnt work how i want i am really confused, support me out plz gives thanks Do you learn how to code by hand In that case how well.
