I just now wanted to post this article for site designers staring out, or considering starting out. Write-up Great article, Dan! All the revolutionary people to web page design should read this. Once i got out of collage I used to be as preparied to create websites as everyone who read any book on basic html and knew some thing or two with regards to dreamweaver(BTW the books can have cost about 31 bucks, but I spent 31, 000+ upon tuition). Confused!

Hey guys, I have been looking throughout the site for a little bit now and I realise that the majority of members here are experienced in internet design/ development. I will be not, I am in the beginning stages, I have one problem how to start, I am fortunate enough to get programs such since, Dreamweaver mx, Pen mx, photoshop cs and a number of others, it is merely using them that’s the problem, and chosing what one to use, I have heard that one could create a web page using purely photoshop, but I do not understand how that very works, I happen to be told be many people to use dreamweaver, although not to by other folks because it apparently may be a different html code if you ever wern’t codeing it from scratch. My goal is within several months down the line I want to own created a webpage myself codeing this from scratch. To achieve this I am aware I have to know some ‘languages’, but which is the best to learn I a fairly fimilar with WEB CODING and know just a little php, but extremely basic, so should i stick at code and php, … Continue reading →

Paint Shop Pro Question

Hello everyone, I employ a question concerning Fresh paint Shop Pro. I’m currently attempting to create a photograph collage using 2 different images. Then again, there’s a charcoal divider line in between the two images and I got wondering how reduce it, so it just appears to seem like one picture. Thanks for the many help. Could you post it or a connection to it, and be much more descriptive about doing this you have completed to obtain the image to the point. I get Paint Shop Seasoned, and have for no reason seen this ahead of.

Degree in Web Design

So I’m a sophomore majoring in Web site design at a collage (a brick and also mortar one, definitely not online). I’ve experienced some cynicism, on the other hand, from others about how useful such a qualification would actually always be. I will possibly be learning HTML, CSS, Javascript, Java, C++, PHP, SQL and several more languages MY SPOUSE AND I can’t remember at this point, as well seeing that taking some art, business and journalism training. Don’t you guys think the a waste with money I’ll just tell this – I REALLY LIKE designing websites. I enjoy it completely because it allows me for being creative and concurrently useful in quite a few way. Event List like that on stanford university website??

Hello there! All. I’m building a web site for a school and i need to implement the presentation display like this on Stanford Collage (events module) which boasts an event calendar that has a link below. I am just using joomla CMS. My focus is around the style of affair display they’ve attached to their homepage. Any idea regarding any extension with a module that can give me that result. I don’t mind if i need to do the decorating in css personally. Regards.
