JPEG thumbnails not showing

Here’s my dilemma. I have two computers, you are a laptop, the opposite a PC. On one of many computers I own Windows Security Centre installed, the various other I haven’t. On the pc that has obtained Windows Security Centre installed a lot of my JPEG thumbnails usually are not visible on this website. It’s only there aren’t any photos there.
