Hello, I have many questions to ask and I only want to get them all out in one place. I am looking to develop a dynamic website and still have the generalities along but need direction on my specialised setup before I get too far along and need to backtrack. What is recommended to be being safer – ASP or PHP I started off building with PHP as well as registered variables but apparently that may be not as safe the way it once was. It looks like scripts can possibly be modified though to still use the function but I don’t know. Which is the right way to go For Javascript, exactly what library is advised I see your " Big Several, " but I’m wondering can you have more than one. Make sure you excuse my ignorance as We are relatively new to be able to development. My question is that this: I created an internet site . using Yahoo SiteBuilder. Is there any way feasible to convert this specific static site to be able to css without originating in scratch Any suggestion will probably be greatly appreciated. What programs and how do you do this

Greetings all, ive been faraway from web design for a while now and i got wonduring what persons use for designing there websites. I used to use photoshop that will draw the structure etc. and then reduce it up and save it being a html file. After that use dreamweaver. Purpose im asking, is the website at the bottom has a system which im contemplating using.. Well kind of lol I wanted to have learned to set my background after which you can align everything to help it like they’ve got.
