two layers of GIFs?

I’m innovative to this, and am designing an online site for the business. I’m utilizing tables, and I would like to put your header like you would have on business letterhead with the top of the actual page – but I’d like a brushed metal texture underneath them, stretching all began seeing across the web site. I have a GIF file with the texture, and one with the text of that letterhead (with your transparent background); can i tie the text into the left side of the screen and let the texture that will " stretch" under it to fill the width (width=" 100%) Is there a healthier way of doing this kind of, relatively simply I have been previously looking, but haven’t found how to superimpose one layer over another and allow that you resize independently of the other. I’m a new metal fabricator, and not really interested in becoming a web site designer, other than with this one project. DW CS3: Images will not preview in local browser

Just like the title said, my images of which I’m inserting onto my document will not likely preview in my personal local browser. What am I performing wrong Its probably the referencing img method. Can you publish some code out of this file that illustrates the images you may not see In addition, check that the particular images are where you would imagine they are. Is there a way for a straight bracket ?

Okay, I am unsure of the this icon is termed " " but it looks like a new half square group or something. Can there be any way We can put a paragrah among big ones of those Like a bordered table but instead of it all staying bordered, only the sides. If I design a graphic in that case obviously the word can’t fit snuggly inside bracket corner edges since the invisible part in the graphic is generally there. I know this may not be making much good sense. So simple speaking, a bordered table that is definitely only half bordered, considering the middle lines currently being invisible.
