Yahoo Webhosting – Page Include Problems

Do you find it just me I just now took over updating a website that is hosted on Yahoo, and for your life of us, I can’t figure out how to make a page include work. This should be pretty simple, right I’m not a guru or a skilled, but I are advanced enough (or hence I thought) to try and do manual HTML coding, or anything else., and I’m a excellent Javascript cut-and-paster. I’ve sent 2 E-mails recommended to their Customer Care – still waiting for a reply. Has anyone had this issue, or can any person tell me easy methods to fix it I think I got it to your workplace once, but all of a sudden, they just don’t work anymore. Need help customizing forum please

Greetings all, I’m new to the present forum and I’m not a laptop guru, I am seeking to build a website/forum and need help out with customizing the website, it is the Invision Power Panel. I went to the ADMIN section, considered under " skin color manager" and there We can see the colors we want for all, the background, the writing, the buttons although I simply don’t have learned to implement it. Relating to been trying to get a week and still can’t understand it. First of almost all, there is a really long page that I live through and don’t understand what’s taking, I simply chose the first " History color" as a test but it doesn’t change on that forum. Is there an instruction published or help file anywhere that will teach me how you can customize the forumAny help/links are going to be appreciated, thanks. Any one an FTP guru?

After trawling through a great deal of other forums I’m yet to find an answer that will my problem, hopefully u guys can help me out (apologies to the long post)… I’ve created a website for an associate which allows him to update a subscriber base himself by ftping textfiles on the webserver. I set the following up from my location and it works fine. I then fixed it up in his location using ws_ftp and it initially worked fine but then it stopped doing work, I got him to change the particular ftp type that will non-passive transfers plus it worked OK for a little bit until the intended for stopped allowing non-passive transactions. Relating to now changed the item to cuteFTP but still you can find problems, I have narrowed this into a very precise yet very odd situation which will not work… Site A (associates place) — Can ftp to help other webhosts no problem, any files every size. Can file transfer protocol files to necessary host upto your size of 1. 5Kb beyond that this files do not transfer along with the session times out there. Is a ‘Different’ design concept better ???

This might be too general a question to anticipate an answer via but here goes.. I am in the deal of getting quotes from companies to get a 4 page website which includes. ne at top and sql at the back. The site shall be used by health-related staff who admit they aren’t computer experts! The three designs that have come back are usually all nice but one of these uses ExtJS desktop which can be radically different. ( notice dev. sencha. com/deploy/ext-4. 0. 0/examples/desktop/desktop. html page ) We have shown it by some friends and several say thats great cos its different, others have said why have a very website that appears like a desktop What do people think I love the simplicity connected with say apple. com but just undecided about the desktop What a concept that will lead to confusion IMHO.
