Can anyone help me with this quick question (about screen resizing)
Hello there everyone. Ive been inquired by someone i seek advise from to help them out using their site. Nevertheless.. ive never seen countless tables and can not quite work my way round the code: / The niggle about it is, is this fullsize is okay, but zoomed away to 75% you will definitely see a change inside the layout, as attached inside the screenshot. Can anyone guide me with the right way to stop this Heres a page to see: My Life For a Stick Walking with a Different Beat Thanks Emma Presently there aren’t any dining tables, actually. It’s almost all divs. What are the results to the page when you remove the Flash file after which you can resize the web site Don’t remove whatever else, just the Thumb file.

Hello guys – new posting here – only a quick question we was unable to get any reference to be able to it anywhere inside the forum so lets hope i’m not ad a duplicate question. I’m creating a logo/website for any new company – and they want it that they are fifties inspired — was wondering if any with the graphic guys/girls could possibly point me in the direction of some visual references for 50s form artwork, marketing job, design styles or maybe techniques. We would greatly appreciate just about any feedback guidance or direction – honest we would. I do thanks a ton for your time and i really hope to hear via you soon. google for old reports papers A Google hunt for " retro 50s design" and variations on that did actually yield a fair quantity of results. Retro and Vintage In Modern Web design – Smashing Paper It may seem a little unorthodox or outside the box but many high quality video gaming have done the entire " 50’s era" thing while in the games themselves. If you ever own an Xbox 360 console or PS3, I would recommend Fallout THREE OR MORE, Fallout: New … Continue reading

need Dreamweaver template recommendation
Hello, We’ve Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 and am interested in a recommendation for any turn-key template to get a software company. I’m not really looking for whatever free; I’m more focused on finding a high-grade theme with modern capabilities. I dont’ know specifically what it’s called, but I’m particularly enthusiastic about the control-type so that the user to select a vertical-style ‘tab’ of which changes the content presented from a left-to-right fashion (or vice-versa). This website is certainly one of the control-type (if it helps): Affordable Purchasing Cart with Effective e-Commerce Features out of VP-ASP Any recommendations and/or direction is greatly appreciated. Bless you, Scott.

Favorite way to make a photo gallery
Hello, I’m looking to find out everyone’s favorite way to make a shot gallery. I’m a pretty new web designer/developer and also I guess I’m somewhat nervous on points to use. I’m thinking a little something that uses thumbnails and when you mouse over or click on each one they show a bigger image. With a next and past button. I’ve heard you may just you CSS and html to make this but I’m really not sure on that you. On earth do you prefer javascript – jquery If that’s the case, can you ok , i’ll know a good one or your favorite Or can/should I use this with php I’m sure there are numerous ways. I’m thinking of using a jquery I saw called pikahoose. However I can’t come across any reviews on it. Or Galleria. I’m not accustomed to using these library’s. I’m afraid the themes make want you to attach to your html are going to be invalid someday. Any advise during this too, would be fantastic. Assistance! Any comments or reviews of this experiences would possibly be appreciated. Use a great evening/day! JQuery… available as prettyphoto or lightbox. Gap between the header and logo IE6
Hello there to everyone. I’m new to the current forum, I’m pleased I’m here currently, it seems in the form of powerful resource for all you members. At any rate, if you see online Untitled Document you are going to see a space between the header plus the logo. I can’t understand why would it be happening because I do not have any space somewhere between them, it really works fine in Firefox. This css Code: HUMAN BODY background-color: #000000; . Floatl float: left; . Floatr float: right; #CloseVideoButton #Container thicker: 756px; margin-left: vehicle; margin-right: auto; #Header thicker: auto; height: 54px; padding-top: 2px; #HeaderBorder thicker: auto; height: 1px; very clear: both; background-image: url(images/header_border. jpg); background-repeat: repeat-x; My html Code: < div id=" Container" > < div id=" Header" > < img src=" images/play_button. gif" onclick=" playPromoVideo()" onmouseover=" changeCursor(this, ‘pointer’)" onmouseout=" changeCursor(this, ‘default’)" class=" Floatr" /> < img src=" images/appstore. jpg" onclick=" showAppStore()" onmouseover=" changeCursor(this, ‘pointer’)" onmouseout=" changeCursor(this, ‘default’)" class=" Floatl" /> < /div> < div id=" HeaderBorder" > < /div> < div id=" Logo" > < img src=" images/logo. jpg" onclick=" playPromoVideo()" onmouseover=" changeCursor(this, ‘pointer’)" onmouseout=" changeCursor(this, ‘default’)" /> < /div> < /div> <! — ****************** REPRODUCTOR P VIDEO ************ … Continue reading

My Site looks REALLY different in IE to firefox.
Hello there. I was hoping someone could possibly help with a dilemma i’m having. I’m aware you will find differences between how IE and FF display webpages but the very few pages I’ve made differ vastly! I’m by far from experienced in web design but I’ve made a few sites recently and never had such results. I’m building a website for my own girlfriends art (which is definitely what i’m focusing on but haven’t obtained it hosted yet) that, when loaded within IE, displays every one of the text to the particular left and completely ignores the type of my div keepers. The same provides happened with a different website I knocked up quickly, its table based compared with divs but it suffers a similar problem as the site i created with regard to my girlfriend. An example of this issue is here (in internet explorer) but its more painful when i make an effort to view the site i’ve made for my GFs art work (which i utilised div tags and also have put more work into coding, cdl. co. uk is rather naff i admit) Might anyone help Cheers in advance! Well, at least anyone admitted your program … Continue reading
