Menus display fine in Firefox but not in Internet Explorer – help please?

Hello all, I’m an overall total amateur at this and would really appreciate some assist. I’m attempting to customize a template i downloaded and have come across a problem. The menus for the top of that page work very good in Firefox nevertheless in Internet Explorer, they may be cut in one half! Heres the site I’m working in…. www. sledworks. net Its not as a result of my modifications or maybe the snow impact or anything….. the same problem was there when ?t had been a virgin format! Any help is appreciated as Make don’t understand how to fix this. We’ve Dreamweaver and here’s getting more knowledgeable about it as POST go along. Thanks a ton! I suspect that since there are a separate style linen fir IE6, IE7 and everything else… You’re seeing what you’re seeing within ie8 or ie9…… Possibilities look fine around ie7 If ie8 just isn’t called out specifically in the conditional statements… It should load the common sytlesheet… Create another conditional declaration for ie8… Plus load the ie7 stylesheet… See what goes on.

offline/external CMS

Hello there, I want to know just what exactly CMS (offline) get and why. I actually started off this topic as a result of m3n0tu18 topic wherever CMSs like " freecms" along with " Scratch" ended up mentioned. So managed to get curious about the number of more alike were around. placing a transparent image over a flash video in dreamweaver cs4

Hello there All I will be having trouble determining how to have got an image post created in illustrator and inserting them over top of an flash video in dreamweaver. My image is absolutely my clients logo and several text, and i’d the flash video to seem in the background. Is this probable in dreamweaver Looks like you need a strong AP div using a high z-index value positioned over top rated the flash. This question is, have you thought to just add it directly towards flash and conserve the ass pain.

Need help with Hover Dropdown Navigation Menu

Hello there all, I’m a graphic design student and currently doing a summer project that could land me a strong internship with Landor! I am imagining really big just for this project and in the operation of creating an online site for part on the project. I am wanting to write all that HTML / CSS on my as I want to adapt my skills on this anyhow. Concerning hit a brick wall with the project (Website) even though, the Navigation Palate! I have designed my site in Photoshop while made a fancy navigation system which I want to actually implement in the site. Basically I would like to create a dropdown navigation menus, with a hover effect, and once anyone hovers over a button I would like a custom drop down box for you to fade in and then have a bouncy cartoon effect into their final state. Can’t decide on layout

Hello guys. I’m implementing my first CSS style and design layout. (I’m accustomed to using tables to help piece everything together) Thought about a design construct with tables, but after learning properly with CSS Now i am starting over. Both way- There doesn’t sound like much to apply to the home page due to this place. (I’m making something for a flat complex) I’m not sure if I should simply url to a photos page together with a floorplan internet page. Maybe a contact page in addition. I thought maybe I could truthfully make an expandable/collapsible tree to offer details and an image within the floorplans. I even considered finding the floorplans open their particular window, where We would set a size to the window, but I’m not even sure how to undertake that or if it might even be ‘kosher’ for lack of a better word currently. At this time I’m setting upward the page together with some welcome/intro text, and have the floorplan header together with some text and that’s about it. Hello, I can be making some changes to the httpd. cong file for one of my websites to make it load more rapidly. Right now, I’m working on 1) enabling gzipping regarding text-type files by means of mod_deflate and 2) using browser caching regarding static files (e. f., images, css form sheets) via mod_expires. After doing a fair amount of reading through to the subject, I have develop what I think works code. I also setup a test folder with my website featuring its own. htaccess archive and ran Google’s Web site Speed, Web Internet page Test, and other online testers, and in terms of I can notify, things look okay. At some point, I would want to update my virtual reality httpd. conf file to incorporate the code by my test folder’s. htaccess archive, but before WE do so, I would really like to get an extra opinion to see if it can be improved upon. Trouble using Facebook badge & twitter widget. Works in Mozilla but not in IE 9?

Hello there, looking for some help on an issue that has myself scratching my scalp. I was taking care of my website person and was capable to successfully add my twitter widget as well as my facebook page badge about the main page. I use Mozilla Firefox A FEW. 0 about 99. 9% of times & I thought everything looked great for the last two days until I’d to check some thing in IE9 nowadays.
