Hi I am just only new these, so forgive me personally if something I’ve ask is answered some period ago. I have been learning website in addition to design for within the past year. Concerning a fairly good knowledge of html, some javascript (but need numerous reference to this texts), fireworks, illustrator, dreamweaver and illustrator practical knowledge. Essentially, what I like doing is producing my page design in fireworks, and exporting that as html along with updating in dreamweaver if necessary. I read in one of several threads that it isn’t good to set up the text in fireworks, because it’s and then an image that the search engine’s are unable to read. Thus, how, after having a design that is usually all sliced in addition to diced ready with regard to dreamweaver, do you put text extraordinary of the impression. For example, if I’ve created a textured background for that page…. Thanks! Mickey Lee You’d set the image because the cell’s background, when using the < td background=" image. gif> < /td> get, and just type in the cell.

Greetings, I’m kind of new for this, I run one or two sites, right now I use mainly. png images. My websites usually are image-heavy and We need to load as fast as you can. Is. png one of the best file sizing for the quality Do Concerning any other options Many thanks, Trevor Use. jpg images. Should you set the compression right in the end you get good quality using a significantly lower quality. Uh, well considering We can get near perfect quality of any 200×200 png file in 4 kbs or maybe less, I don’t even think I can receive that with jpg . jpg if it’s actually a complex image,. gif if its simple, not too many colours, and sharp lines. Got a connection to the. png document I dont find how.. jpg will almost always beat (full)png with regards to file size. Even so, if you have found how to compress full color images to png24 format which has a smaller file measurement and comperiable image quality to that of jpg, please why don’t we know.. Using graphic images, a png is the best choice. Inside indexed/palette mode, the file size is approx 2/3 of any … Continue reading

Help; Trying to design a cooking website

My business is trying to style and design a cooking website (although My business is a newbie during this). I was wondering if there is a template or even a " widget" that will help you do something in this way: Materials (in bold) product or service here product or service here product or service here plus much more spaces if needed Instructions (bold) information here Baking times (bold) information here As well, a place to be able to insert a photo in the top. Then it creates something that looks akin to a recipe card and then inserts on a web site page. Can there be a program available that does this or a template – does any one know You first find or produce a " blank" recipe card as an image (. gif. jpg or. png). Something similar to these: http: //images. the search engines. com/imagessvnum=10& um=1& hl=en& q=recipe card& btnG=Search Images In that case, it’s a issue of using CSS type sheets to formatting the layout of each one card, and PHP to dynamically produce a card from a new link. This technique, you may not have to produce a unique page for each card… they … Continue reading

Although the shots are showing very good where they’re said to be (just under the header), there is furthermore a box that comes up at the bottom of the page which has a question mark within a small blue square). I’ve tried fit this code from the head but this particular box then appears with the top. This doesn’t look a problem around Firefox but it definitely is in Safari. We’ve not tested within IE or Chrome as I can’t obtain these on my personal mac. Does anyone recognize how I can do away with this box However I’m fine along with CSS and html, I know nothing at all about javascript hence can’t work out how to get round this difficulty and would definitely appreciate any help anyone can grant. I could put a bit margin on the bottom of the web site but I’d rather find a solution rather than seeking to hide the field. Here’s the link … Continue reading
