Im working on a custom website and I was wondering if anyone new the right way to create a custom scrollbar for the dreamweaver 8 insurance. Ive currently been while using code below regarding my scroll bars but keeping this code the scroll bar is the same design and color. continious scrolling navigation bar

Howdy, I am new to this website and various than doing simple web page design in college, I do not know much about this. I am creating a web page for my familys organization. I have a notion of having an animated scrolling selection bar with brand images that chek out the brands webpage. I would also like for it to stop as soon as scrolled over.
