Help me… Dreamweaver Preview in Browser not working

SUPPORT ME! I’m trying to preview my dreamweaver insurance (. cfm) in Internet Explorer (which I’ve made sure is on this browser list) but if the browser page pops up it simply just says " 404 Certainly not Found… The Requested Document hasn’t been found on this particular server" It’s frustrating given it was working this morning… I’m afraid WE fidgeted with somthing MY SPOUSE AND I shouldn’t have, but don’t know what maybe it’s.
