Need Help first website… but not too noob =/

Hey guys/gals that is my first time posting and my very first time that actually making my own website. I am excellent in photoshop and still have tried messing by using websites before however the most i’ve obtained was sites performed in frontpage as well as dreamweaver. I have an idead now that I can’t seem to do in either of these programs… So hopefully someone might help me out along with what i want to do… I will explain and also have provided a vision… http: //www. digital8ball. net/test_layout2. jpg I dont know firstly how i should format the site. getting rid of scroll bar at the bottom of the page

Morning all, My first blog all up and running with 2 bit of a issues. Im getting the scroll bar appear at the bottom of the page horizontal. I have employed tables and my table should be 880 pixels broad – i receive the scroll bar whatever res i work with. Its only there when i view the site online I pay pertaining to hosting btw but for some reason cannot view this sorce code im not using frames women and men sorce shown next time i do a perspective sorce mentions frames could they be putting a body around my whole site that is throwing the whole thing out Im only using IE to check out the site at the mo but get noticed my intro page/homepage dosent work in any respect with mozilla. Open a separate fullscreen window

every time a user is around the intro page with my website and clicks on this website link I’d like it to open a separate fullscreen window!! I know many people don’t like every time a fullscreen is opened but I’ll have text about my main site letting users know that when they click on my website and also blog link it’s going to open a brand-new fullscreen window. I’ve been given javascript codes and what not from some people and had no luck! WordPress conversion conflict?

Howdy. Guys.. Im carrying out a client for any pre school web page.. And I dont the particular html and css and would like to moved it as well wordpress. But when Im moving the item out.. I sorts of get stuck and wish to pull my frizzy hair off!! sad!!! We have two homepages. One is regarding my intro page which i kind of tumble right but without having pictures and not participating and the additional one was the homepage i always dont know how do i show the web pages..
