How can i make the submenus to appear in the same line as the main menus

From Dreamweaver to GoDaddy

Hey cutie, I’m having a serious problem when posting my site from my PC to be able to GoDaddy’s FTP buyer. When I distribute it, some of our images and the CSS menu bar don’t display. I’d like to learn to do that too, editing css within wordpress and also have that as my site and still have it all designed to my preference.
