hello every one.. i’ve entred a web site challenge between not one but two colleges. thier website design level is very high specially they studies webdesign lessons.. i’m a networking person and keeping website development as my 1st hobby. i am looking for advises and excelent net designs! the purpose of this challenge is usually to produce a hip design.. yahoo or google designs will not be accepted at all and can fail in that challenge. so what we want during this challenge is coolness greater than a practical site. please post excelent website development.. excelent! the best website development you have previously saw.. and you should please advice my family. recommendations an old style and design.. do you advice me to keep working on it http: //www. freewebs. com/eech55 or you advice me begin a new one because you has a negative starting design base. and please please dont claim " good design" in order to make me pleased now.. please say the reality.. i know i’m not a great designer.. but i could be by a person’s adviese since i’ve good flash, photoshop, dreamweaver, php, mysql.. or anything else skills! again pelase.. direct me on the right path.. … Continue reading →

Using home or main for index page

Can it be me, or is the use of " Home or Main" to consider your index. htm page a little bit late 90’s model. I’m in the process of doing a website redesign and it just occurred if you ask me! I would like to hear anyone’s single dads this. And what will be the modern style If you say something is actually old style, it is advisable to know the fresh style that changed it I’m definitely not sure, maybe it’s my imagination that’s why I put the post to acquire others thoughts. Can you mean the text of your link that extends back to the directory I still use frequent " Home" Yeah that’s the reason… really there aren’t too many options, and every person understands what " home" will be. I assume the four possibles are usually home, default, listing and main Relating to only ever employed index, and are unsure if defauly in addition to main still good. I typically use ‘main’. You also have ‘indexx’ or ‘index2’. Relating to seen " root" getting used on a several sites. That is apparently the new " cool" matter.

Imagebar help: Beginning and end of content scrolls to the center

And I need the thumbnail pub to scroll until the best and last thumbnails arrive at the center. I became able to get it done using padding using the first image nevertheless the last image, wouldn’t. I can get it done using lots of nbsps but that is certainly kinda cheap and never intuitive as I am going to be implementing this from a grid layout. Can there be any way to control how far the item scrolls. The thumbnails can be actually backgrounds associated with floating divs. *Also it is an old style of my site. I dont wish to hear it regarding the layout and kitchen tables and whatever ugliness you’ll find in that site. I am developing a whole new site. I am just applying one to construct on. I only have help on This kind of thing right now.
