CGI or PHP

didn’t know wherever to post the idea sorry if its inside the wrong forums. I want to know which you assume is more used currently. Cause: I am in a CGI class and the other day the teacher enquired me if most people had any requests and I asked why i was using an outdated language as an alternative to PHP. He explained that CGI appeared to be old but wasn’t outdated understanding that 70% of websites that try a server/client scripting dialect (CGI, PHP, ASP) work with CGI. He explained that since our statement was away from line i was mandated to write a YOU page essay showing or disproving the statement i had made in their class. Using Dream Weaver to work on a word press site

Good day All! I was hired to complete some updates using a site. I took the position not knowing it turned out a site developed using word hit. All of this experience is by using html and using Dream Weaver, Relating to never worked by using Word Press. I have tried to look for the index. html file from the root folder and can even not find it. The updates are a variety of small changes I intent to make so we can target a certain key phase and make the home page far more search engine warm and friendly. Is the index file with the home page within another folder Would it be under a one more name I tried thinking about each html file and can not find the house page. Some a single please help! Please Help: new project

Hi I’ve done some basic website design before, but I’d greatly appreciate any help on which languages I should be aware of. The website I need to make demands a profile system for every user. I also wish to incorporate paypal. I need to provide the particular profiles with certain functions including making ads.
