Portfolios

Ahoy, This has recently been bugging me for quite a while, but it includes never been relevant enough for me to actually continue and find the solution, and then do something about it. But dim times are onward, and ones axe needs to be sharpened. I have procured several clients, and We have another potential clientele. I’m sixteen along with am at college at this time, so building your portfolio isn’t a priority right this moment, but I’m not gonna turn down function, because both the experience as well as money (I work in McDonalds: / ) would be handy. However, I want to make sure that after these types of projects are finished, I go about having a portfolio in the needed manner. I have the vague idea of steps to make online portfolios, but this can be easily researched. Nonetheless, I was wondering whether it truly is normal for an online designer to preserve an offline, print copy of their portfolio, and the way to go about these kinds of an undertaking. I got myself I nice folder, but I’m thinking doable nice enough, which anyone who looked at it could nicely hit me which includes a shovel. … Continue reading

Color Scheme

Searching for some input upon Color scheme regarding http: //MercedesDoc. com Just i want to hear what a person’s suggestion are The font colors will be fine, but I merely don’t see high of a color structure. Blue and red to the headers are a great contrast, if that may be what you necessarily mean. I would suggest building a navigation bar involving some type to help you better direct your current audience through your blog. My initial thoughts is that you have to decide what method of feeling you intend to put over. Calm, or serious. You’ve gone to the relaxed informal look but will that will suit Mecedes owners I have no idea the market hence I can’t express. You need some type of navigation also. I simply don’t want a corporate look… I’d like to keep it nice loose and rather on the comical side even: rambo: Effectively, it could use a css file that will guide the structure on the page. Appealing to the wealthy person is definitely higher priority pertaining to someone who repairs mercedes. Cartoons are not something a mercedes owner is searching for. In the finish, it’s up to your account. There is … Continue reading

How deep into IE do you go?

We have noticed my javascript large site doesn’t insert on IE7 and is loads of FUBAR on IE6. Does anyone actually design for these anymore if I do must fix this… any kind of advise WE don’t anymore, no. As much as I had been okay with IE6 once, it’s had its run and today it’s done. http: //www. ie6countdown. com/ Programs to know is right there. Great. Thanks I’m keen on to keep this site looking generally right on IE7 and up. I say IE7 merely because I haven’t yet come across a page bursting on 7 which didn’t also crack in 8, which is still utilized just enough in the form of pain in the ass. I would, just today, have a design break around 9 that seemed fine in 6-8… unique. My suggestions in order to clients on wether to compliment a design to get IE6, 7, EIGHT etc. Check out your log files to view how your visitors are accessing your site, if you have got 1000 visitors per day and 10% of which are using IE6( or even whichever version ), are you ready to turn away 100 visitors Your log files may help you … Continue reading
