Dreamweaver To Firefox Ratio Problems! I Think…
Good day, We are new to web site design. I created a website in dreamweaver. The top part has a corporation flash banner. The tabs all have got links to different pages. In dreamweaver. ONLY TWO questions. ONE. When I previewed the property page in Firefox the flashbanner had a gap between the bottom on the space and this slice immediatly under it. Funny thing is there’s no gap on opera, chrome as well as safari. Does anyone realize why and how we can fix this ONLY TWO. Not an important question but, I want to be sure the pages are generally all linked together once about the host like they’re locally. I couldnt figure out how to do the full upload FTP factor with Dreamweaver so i did it with Filezilla, that is what GoDaddy suggested anyways. Plus its more visual and so easier for our brain to place my head all-around. Anyways,,, If I simply drag and drop your whole root folder straight into host will your links still website link together What about excess stuff around my assets folder Is that a problem Any comments will be greatly appreciated. Especially the whole firefox issue. If you are … Continue reading

help multi browser website design
Hi everyone, My business is currently designing an online site for myself, and I really believe it is going quite nicely. I sent quality link to some mates to discover what they said, and most have been positive.. and then I obtained the replies through the people who work with Safari. With both Chrome / Firefox your website appears fine (havn’t tested IE however.. ), but on Safari for reasons uknown a grey space appears in the top of your home page. I have done everything to try and fix this nonetheless nothing seems to work. I also was not sure where for you to post this issue, as I am confused if it’s a HTML/CSS or a Javascripting error. Thanks! http: //test2scottshirbin. freehostia. com/home. html document sorry for twice posting but I’d another look also it looks like safari will be ignoring my length: auto (also tried out 100%) values within the css Maybe that’s not the situation – have you done a reset in the beginning of your CSS in order to overwrite the browser’s individual settings No offense to all the work you’ve placed in your site… but produce a site that is effective on all surfers, … Continue reading

The website which includes said GIF is usually: www. fruitbliss. com It seems for you to generally look ok in browsers in addition to on the ipad/mobile devices. However, I noticed that when i open it with Safari, it looks different all the time It begins of showing a dirty pixellated piste that changes each time I open it inside the browser… but possibly not in Firefox as well as IE. in the event you open the true GIF at online world. fruitbliss. com/images/Bee1. gif you might see what I’m dealing with. If for some reason it looks correct on your screen, then listed here is a screen shot in the problem. Why does it make it happen! Thank you! -K POST don’t see any trail but your yellow border, which has to do with the anti-alias together with transparent backgounds. Streaming Video Working in Some Browsers, and Not Others.
Hi there there, I’ve a friend of mine who I hired to create a professional web page for another good friend of mine. The website which the website is good for is an entertainer (Impersonator), and it is vital that everything is definitely working properly when you start to utilize it to market him about it soon. He’s been accomplishing his act for quite a while now, but this can be a first time he is had his own how do people present to major prospects, so an entire thing is quite important. The friend who seem to I hired to build it has loads of basic website knowledge to create websites, but he’s run into a smallish technical issue, so I’m seeking to help him choose a specific answer. I must also add i have some primary knowledge myself, but less than him, so that’s why I’d like to ask someone on here who has much more experience. First of all, for business factors, I WANT our personal streaming videos on our webpages, and do not want them embedded with from YouTube as well as other sites, and here the problem is coming in because my web designer friend … Continue reading

Replacing Flash Image with Gif when Flash not Supported
I’m endeavoring to replace a flash image which includes a gif when adobe flash isn’t supported (eg on iPad) I’ve found several code (see below) and inserted the pertinent images and inserted the code leading to a closing body label. Although the shots are showing very good where they’re said to be (just under the header), there is furthermore a box that comes up at the bottom of the page which has a question mark within a small blue square). I’ve tried fit this code from the head but this particular box then appears with the top. This doesn’t look a problem around Firefox but it definitely is in Safari. We’ve not tested within IE or Chrome as I can’t obtain these on my personal mac. Does anyone recognize how I can do away with this box However I’m fine along with CSS and html, I know nothing at all about javascript hence can’t work out how to get round this difficulty and would definitely appreciate any help anyone can grant. I could put a bit margin on the bottom of the web site but I’d rather find a solution rather than seeking to hide the field. Here’s the link … Continue reading
