I’m gonna have a summary of company-related news stories in a sidebar on any page and I need a great way to add a story and get all the web sites dynamically updated when using the new story in addition to the stack. I am working with PHP a little, so I can easily visualize a way it could be done through PHP, but then there’s also the chance of using REALLY SIMPLY SYNDICATION feeds… Any positives and negatives or alternatives RSS is made for getting stuff through other sites, not your own. Gradient rollover intermediate

Heya folks. I’m seeking to create a nav bar influenced by gradients. Now, the gradient goes one of many ways usually, and the other on hover. But I’m not sure how to handle it to indicate the particular current’ section. Any ideas If you’d like imagery, I can attempt to put some in place. Frustrated with layout using div tags

Ive been wanting to create a sidebar upon my website the whole day and I can’t obtain it to work. I would prefer an empty div about the left to set up small ads/promotions plus information. Every time MY SPOUSE AND I insert a div licence plate it gets moved down once the content changes, and also it’s driving my family crazy. I dont learn how to get it while in the place I want without putting it into another div and positioning it, so then the content of that div moves this. Any tips bless you! Are you doing something like this in css Code: div. quit width: 45%; float: left; div. appropriate width: 45%; float: right; batmobile… give us the particular URL so we could see it. WHEN I figured it away, thanks for being ready to help though! I became putting the div indoors another div, so it moved with the content. I just placed it to the background of the page, instead involving inside another div. Gives thanks!

Different size video (same video) on the post page from the main page in wordpress.

My business is working on launching an effective blog where once in a while I will include flash videos. I did some modification to the theme to make it look how I want which is almost ready… but what I want help with will be… a way to own different size (width and height) belonging to the flash video from the main page and also individual page…. Whomever post page has one sidebar and the main page has not one but two. Now I wish my video for being smaller on the main page so that fits, but then when about to the post page I’d like the video for being larger so this fits there completely too. I know it really is easier to just continue while using same size but I need it this way (removed on the list of sidebars in purpose from the post page). to the first page the particular video doesn’t have to play- meaning as soon as someone clicks on the video on the key page they ought to be directed to the particular post page instead of the video starting to experiment with…. so for almost all I care I really could … Continue reading →

Issues with different screen resolutions

Howdy guys, A couple of things…. ONE PARTICULAR. Need help with a Joomla website

Hello there if I’m in the wrong section, had not been sure where to help post this. Anyway I’m planning a webstite for any musician(www. renegadesufi. com). It looks fine in Firefox although it’s cutting off my right selection bar in Internet Explorer(and the bottom half of top page). Any assistance. I used a plan called Artisteer to style the template, operating Joomla 1. 5. Any help a lot appreciated. IE8 appears to be fine. Which internet explorer version are you describing There’s a right sidebar that’s completely missing with IE that’s generally there in FF. I’ll see what he’s preaching about. The issue I see from the top is until this particular page ended up being copied/pasted from what appears to be Microsoft Word, and the code/formatting for Word is possibly interfering because of this. If you’re planning to copy/paste from Phrase, you need to be able to copy/paste into an editor (e. gary the gadget guy. CKEditor) that incorporates a Word-specific copy/paste functionality.
