Getting a table cell to be independent of the table

Definitely, I’m working over a site and have a very problem. The site is developed which has a table as it has the foundation, with photos, banners, all the same old stuff. Here’s the condition though: on the eventually left hand side in the table is this menu, on the very best the banner. I’ve been using Photoshop CS2 and Dreamweaver 8 for about… properly… 1 day. Ive been doing tutorials right through the day. I think i obtained a basic (very basic) idea of each. Ive been reading through this forum and yes it seems nobody likes dreamweavers " design" feature. For me, I dont understand anything about coding and many of the tutorials i happen to be doing show using the design. Is there grounds for this Furthermore, Im trying to learn Photoshop to design an internet page for my dad’s business. I learned from tutorials generate buttons and rollovers. For making a site implementing photoshop and dreamweaver, don’t you just design your webpage in photoshop as you would see it from the browser leaving spaces for buttons along with text, and after that just copy that into dreamweaver Any help could be appreciated. hi everyone, ive been trying to design a site using fireworks, dreamweaver & somewhat in frontpage… but when make an effort to view it from the browser, a yellowish toolbar pops available saying " enable active content"… does anyone recognize a script or anything on how ill reduce that toolbar… coz this doesnt display this page correctly, the particular rollover effects, the flash content would not display, not unless of course i’ll click which yellow toolbar as well as click the permit active x subject matter… i am hoping you could help me on this ne… thank everyone… _ Nicely… the warning can there be for a cause.
