Tables Help Please…
Howdy, We have never really grasped tables and layouts in Dreamweaver (Advanced). I’ve made a rectangle which has a border around that in Fireworks MX, for text and stuff to go in. In Dreamweaver i attended layout view, made one Layout Table for any Banner, as their just an photo, and another for any content box. When i make a layout cell from the layout table and also drag the written content box into of which layout cell, it seems ok, but its for Image. I want and therefore add content to the present box, and i don’t want to use tiers. Someone told me thought about to change the actual BG or a thing, but it just lets me perform colour. Please Help. Many thanks. You will be able to type into any table/cell okay, I dont understand what this has to do with the bg Absolutely no, the problem i’m having is i develop a new box in Fireworks MX (orange fram, white centre), I and then save, import in Dreamweaver, go to be able to layout view, create a table, make a Layout Cell as Table, put the Box, Imported out of Fireworks into in which cell, … Continue reading

Text issues
ALL RIGHT, attached is a picture of my own site design. I currently get my slices lined up as indicated by red boxes (only a sample with the boundaries of your left and cruise sides, there’s much more slices). I wish my text, on the other hand, lined up as indicated by blue boxes inside those slices. Can i go about looking to use tables inside those cells to line up the text properly, or just slice the positioning to the azure boxes and end up receiving a more complex couple of slices and spacer gifs Furthermore, for some reason while i type in a table cell along with use " enter" to try and do a line break, it seems to skip few lines instead connected with one. How must do a usual paragraph format within a cell I’m guessing you might be using something under the lines of Dreamweaver and also Frontpage. In most WYSIWYG editors, it can be just SHIFT + GET INTO. This creates the < BR> (line break). Apologies, yes Dreamweaver MX Occur guys… gimme a few help here, this is EASY, I know it truly is To atart exercising . room within your boxes, … Continue reading

Image ruins text formatting in other table cells
Hi, I have small web style and design problem that’s been bugging me for an unnecessarily while. On this subject page of your company website (http: //www. icc-usa. com/ddr3-population. asp), the second table features three images from the third column. You’ll notice which the text in the first and second columns is not really at the very top from the table cell, but is pushed down for reasons uknown. The reason being of those photos, but I don’t learn how to fix the copy. In the very first table, which lacks pictures, the text platforms in its right place. Does everyone have any ideas Thanks beforehand, Alex L. try this with your HTML in the cells you would like to align the text towards top < td valign=" top" > hence, like this: Code: DDR3 Ram Population Performance < /caption> < thead> < tr> < th scope=" col" > Usage< /th> < th scope=" col" > Population< /th> < th scope=" col" > Performance< /th> < /tr> < /thead> < tfoot> < /tfoot> < tbody> < tr> < th scope=" row" > Greatest Bandwidth < /th> < tdCOLOR=Red valign=" top" /COLOR> < ul> < li> DDR3 1333 across 3 channels< … Continue reading
