What Program For HTML?? Word Is Messing With Me!!!

I’ve just started to understand HTML and Formerly suffering with tinnitus using Microsoft Wordon this Mac. The problem that will I’m having is always that everytime I save it for a plain text document (. txt), as well as close the insurance coverage down, when WE reopen the file Word doesn’t present me my HTML DOCUMENT, it shows us my website!!! What’s up along with that It’s supposed to be a plain text document (Oh, so when I go to evaluate the script seems like that Word features added all the junk! ) Must i be using some other program What can everyone else use (Keeping in mind that I’m a Mac guy) Thanks a great deal of!! Use notepad or some other text editor to be able to open the insurance plan. Microsoft words carries a build in html convertor to ensure that when a individual tries to wide open a html file it will convert the layout to clear out the html tags and leave an individual with a pretty page without code. Publishing Problems.. Dazzed and Confused :(

I want some troubleshooting suggestions and am hoping someone might help. We have put together an internet site . for a buddy using Dreamweaver. We have only ever employed frontpage and passport in advance of so Dreamweaver appeared to be a steep learning curve to me. Without training We have been relying on the trial and error method which has served me nicely….. untill now. We have never published a website before. We have successfully created the website ‘Hooray’ and are actually ‘putting’ the files in the wwwroot folder on my hosting node. There is a viewer around the server which permits you to check the websites. The homepage i always have saved seeing that index. htm happens blank and the particular subsequent pages are being displayed without pictures. If I variety my URL in to a browser a concept appears informing me that i am not authorised to evaluate the site….. even a niche site without images could be better than this specific message! POST created the web pages as. dwt templates and then changed them to help. htm, the graphics are. pngs and I had been wondering whether this may be part of the matter. I need some dreamweaver coding help please!

Hello there everyone, I’ve tried to educate yourself to hand code as an alternative to using a WYSIWYG manager like dreamweaver. So I’ve typed up a tiny web site code in textedit, along with I copied along with pasted it directly into dreamweaver’s code area. I’m sure the actual coding is proper, it checked available on several diverse validators. But there’s nothing showing up within the design side, so that I can find what I’ve done. Is there anything I’m doing wrong Thanks for help. What are the results if you save it from a folder as something such as " index. html" after which you can you attempt to open it applying IE or FireFox browser I’m not just a DW user, nevertheless maybe DW needs something special (for itself) to examine it Sure I’ll try in which, I haven’t tried using saving the archive yet, so Cover check that released. Website building and design for beginners

Now i am a Mac individual who’s never built a site before and have a number of questions that will hopefully cause it to a bit easier begin. JUST ONE. Is there an internet site that will get me through " toddler steps" to developing a site TWO. Is there an internet site that handles query 1 with video 3. Which programs should i use for developing a website that allows for me in order to best upgrade/modify the website once I’m far more experienced (JAVA, C++, WEB CODING, etc…. ) I make use of computers alot where you work and home. Concerning no programming expertise, but am about to learn soon. I’d like to eventually be capable of build HTML5 as well as JAVA enabled web sites since they appear to be getting widely enforced into sites to allow for mobile cross-platform (iOS plus Android) usability.
