I’m somewhat new to web design but very educated with computers. If it were being changed to something that compliments the particular green then it’d seem great. it seen good. This isn’t a site, it is a layout. As far because layout goes allow me to see it doing work, you should place some sample subject matter in there if you prefer a proper evaluation of the layout.
