Making my first website?

Without doubt everyone, im considering designing a web page, I have Adobe Website Premiere which incorporates Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash etc, all this tools needed, im just unclear which one to utilize first any support = appreciated. Web to Print / Print to Web? Digital Publishing

heya all… new here but I am trying to perform some research as well as opinions on the easiest way to go about publishing an online magazine on my own website.
