Need to Manage Video Content

I’m looking to find a content material management system including Joomla or Wetpaint that will permit me to manage a web page with pages involving flash video. Your website will consist with 6 major content material areas or pages that should have flash videos uploaded to the people categories. If anyone knows of a component/module/extension or something for the CMS I can install to manage these video lessons simply and easily please well then , i’ll know. There will be some people that have no clue the way the web works that could login to the CMS and publish videos through restricted accounts I’ll create for them after giving all of them instructions. They just need some form of form to publish a video to some particular category using a thumbnail, a title and some meta data such as some keywords along with a description. Help! Slow loading site!

Greetings all, I’m currently owning a wordpress blog being hosted with fatcow. When I navigate towards the site there is apparently a pretty good hang prior to browser even starts to load this page. Most belonging to the wait is should the browser says " looking ahead to www. craigstrade. com… " Does this look like a DNS issue Anyway, as you can easily see above, the LINK is www. craigstrade. com Any help diagnosing this problem would be tremendously appreciated! To me, the lag looks like it would be the time it’s taking for making the db calling. We’d monitor it above different times from the day and find out if it gets greater or worse. If it receives better at very low peak times (later during the night time etc) then you recognize its the weight on their hosts causing issue.
