General Newb Question

Hello there guys, MY PARTNER AND I only use HTML PAGE. Yes, I’m the newb. I would like to know what program that will use(Maybe Dreamweaver) in order to accomplish the subsequent: I would like to make a niche site which has format across all websites where they seem similar. The main thing I’m concerned about is usually making global changes inside site. Say Concerning a color plan of red and also blue, for model. Then one day I just go change that in order to yellow and blue; I want for making it all reflected inside whole site. Likewise, if I alter the menu or even add a selection, I want the whole site to mirror that added change. Should we use Dreamweaver’s autocomplete features?

Howdy all, Only really began employing Dreamweaver since some sort of 2-year break out of coding. It’s fantastic, although I’m careful about its " autocomplete" feature (if debt consolidation reduction to type in an element/attribute, it opens up any drop-down menu involving possibilities). Will wordpress work for this design?…

We’ve just downloaded, fitted, and played with themes on the newest version associated with wordpress. I’ll admit it took an extended while for me to setup a local node using xampp in addition to uploading the wordpress stuff. I follow instructions adequately and I fully grasp things quickly one time I’m shown just how they work. But I’m mixed up as hell by the right way to do certain things with wordpress. I would like to know whenever I’m wasting my own time. I am working on website design for some time and I have decided to start a small town web development business. I am not at all a pro, but I believe I’m good enough to create presentable websites.
