a question and some details on my after-project plans..

Once you draft up any maintenance contract, in the event you give the client the opportunity of paying a flat fee (like $120 the month) for online maintenance or a strong hourly rate ($30 the hour)

I’ve finished a project for any group of musicians also it seems that they can’t pay me much, since they represent themselves without a business. If it was a business, I would automatically go because of the hour, then impart them with an invoice.

The musicians need to find out how to ultimately do updates for themselves and they are somewhat internet informed. My idea would be to arrange a time along on Friday so you can go over on such thinggs as updating the work schedule or adding innovative photos. Consulting can last one hour or 2 hours.. or even a paltry Half-hour so should WE charge this as being a flat fee or never

So after our original consulting, they might tell me that they feel comfortable carrying out the updates themselves which might take future business from me. However, I could still offer the chance to go suitable maintenance contract along and mention that it might be convenient because let’s imagine that they’re on tour and they also don’t have some sort of laptop with WiFi access set with Photoshop and alternative design tools, yet they need to have new tour information loaded around their website. Then, that’s where I (hopefully) come in. Does this approach sound OK Just about any gaping holes

I expect your opinions! Many thanks!

Another concern about consulting..

There’s a chance that my clients may not want me that they are at their studio/home for onsite consulting.. I can recognize that because I’m also among the many people who should do business in an offices or a neutral area just like a coffee shop or library. So, have any regarding you guys accomplished email consulting and also did you charge your customer for it and also did you leave to be a free service.
