Duel layouts

We’ve started a job on my website to which, depending on any time on the users’ period on their laptop will load up one of two layouts. I will put a link at each layout to allow for the user for you to switch between that skins. I am regarding designing graphically right now, instead of subject matter. I will be adding content while my site grows. Know what I want, not how
