Graphic Uploading Problem…I’m new, please help!

This is certainly my first time making a webpage and I am using Frontpage. I am aware very little, as a result, about webpages. The webpage We are making is to get a class and we have been provided having a site to publish on. I have submitted my pages and also everything is fine aside from the theme layouts. I have decided on preset themes throughout Frontpage for my personal webpages and any graphics based on them, including banners, background scenes, bullets, page dividers, and link watering holes, show up because broken. Everything otherwise uploads fine. Can someone remember to explain this to my advice simply and tell me the way to fix it Thanks so much.

Suggestions the site: http: //students. usm. maine. edu/sarah. j. anderson
It links to the other sites I created i always am also having theme difficulty with.

Welcome towards forums!

The title picture is associated with:

Is that where it actually is Unless the image is named " listing. html_cmp_artsy010_bnr. gif", I’d say your website is messed upwards. What is the precise name of the file

Zero… let me decide if I can make clear this. I created 5 linked pages and saved all of them individually. When I preserved them for once after applying the theme, a message sprang up that I must save the embedded files at the same time… meaning the motif graphic files. Therefore, apparently they are embedded in to the pages, because I viewed in every photograph and web folder and they are nowhere to end up being found. If i could find them, Possible upload them individually which would probably remedy it.

But I have no clue where these documents are, or what they’re just called, or tips on how to upload them, or even if that is the problem. Someone suggested them to were corrupted, but they’re just preset themes from Frontpage, so shouldn’t they will be easier to help upload than graphics I applied to the page from elsewhere

Using this class of yours… are you required to use FrontPage

Should you be not required to make use of FrontPage, I could find someone
that can give you a quick lesson in HTML and FTP. Once an individual see
how easy it happens to be, you’ll never desire to use Frontpage again.

There have to be some other pupils or teachers that will get you
started which includes a simple webpage making use of Notepad or Wordpad. You’ll
after that use an FILE TRANSFER PROTOCOL program to distribute your files.

The idea sounds really specialised and hard, but some individuals not.

Web pages are just uncomplicated text files along with graphic files (images).

Zero, unfortunately we must use Frontpage. It is regarding an education course and our teacher wanted us to learn to implement specific programs in to the classroom.

Darn-it

Why do schools use this.
