MY SPOUSE AND I found this cost-free flash template and would want to lay it over my background… Is there anyway to do this without a adobe flash editor I only want to upload the web theme to my host and add the background there… Is this possible Thank you.
And, for a secondary question, does anyone determine what program(s) I need to make flash websites such as one I associated with I’ve noticed that there are numerous flash websites (like normally the one I linked to) of which just load pretty smoothly with little or no wait or challenges, like they are form of a " slimmed downed" version of flash that may be very fast loading when compared with other flash sites I’ve seen and I’d like to know how these are made… Thanks.
