I have attempted to email alertpay with regard to support but there have been no response.
I got wondering how I can provide the user that has a download link and make it again off limits for users that have not paid

This is certainly an issue between your Joomla shopping cart and your
mastercard merchant (Payment Gateway). Following transaction, you
need to be getting an IPN (Instant Payment Notification) number again.
Unsure what Joomla modules you will have. But the module(s) should
handle the IPN to produce the download file while in the member’s area.

I are deprived of a module at this time only the code given in my opinion by Alertpay.
The module I got using before appeared to be for Paypal.
