I’m gonna have a summary of company-related news stories in a sidebar on any page and I need a great way to add a story and get all the web sites dynamically updated when using the new story in addition to the stack.
I am working with PHP a little, so I can easily visualize a way it could be done through PHP, but then there’s also the chance of using REALLY SIMPLY SYNDICATION feeds…

RSS is made for getting stuff through other sites, not your own. You COULD make use of RSS, but it would be VERY redundant, much better to code it when, not twice. Work with PHP.
