Relating to been doing PHP Pieces of software for over ONLY TWO years now, but I for no reason have really experienced design. I am not great at it, but I need to find out so I can truely make my own , personal websites. MS Office Live websites

MICROSOFT Office Live, which I am some sort of beta member, is known for a free website and website name. The idea sucks.
