ivenue.com or iwebcenter.com

I’m considering recommending that the client use a version of those web-based website architects, like ivenue. com or perhaps iwebcenter. com. My client is a mid-sized company but they are not tech-savvy and aren’t helpful to tech consultant costs they usually howl over every little charge. I might write it for them, but I don’t want to receive involved in supporting their web presence for the rest of gaming. So I was wondering easily can dump all of them on some component-based product that they can edit on their own. May anyone know when ivenue. com or perhaps iwebcenter. com are legitimate I’ve read a few complaints, but the ideal to scare my family off yet. I’d like recommendations on other providers if anyone possesses good info with them. Thanks –Pat Pat, Ivenue is definitely legit, but they only sell by means of resellers. Rusty

If I would prefer to work using a project as your freelancer, is it possible to request payment from the books and still be able to protect myself in case of non-payment Not that getting cleared the books strategy (sooner or subsequently, you do get caught) though the only way I possibly could think of to protect yourself is usually to implement some way of overlay graphic within the various graphic features (logo, pictures, menu, etc. ) Whenever they want the " SAMPLE" (or no matter what word you use) taken away, then they pay. If not… nicely… then you’re on your. Mind you, I’d think many people would simply because nobody wants a site with " SAMPLE" scrawled throughout it. Just provide them with a screen chance of it together with SAMPLE accross it, that way they can even steal source code lol Well what i mean by protecting myself is legal steps… or at very least threaten such. Would self-written legal agreements hold any water Does one bother Are going to I’m going to get making changes using a live site this was previously created. Layout idea

Hey to all! I’ve a problem. I am trying to make a design and I wish to accomplish my page in 1 of 2 ways. Now, the following page: http: //www. jaggededge. net has buttons at the top that directs a visitor to be able to its textbox. How would I accomplish that Would I need to make buttons on my layout and then use a code If you are, what is the code My business is trying to stand out. Or if it doesn’t work, here is another page We are looking at: http: //members. blackplanet. com/Arwai. She’s mini link packing containers that links everything. Is that identical concept Thanks! Cynthia The initial link uses eyeglasses, the second you gave does not work. Regardless, the best method to attempt to duplicate something is to look at the HTML way to obtain the page you are viewing. Having Internet Explorer, simply click " View", then mouse down to " Source". Having Netscape it’s some thing similar. This is a best learning tool you could have. Copy and paste parts of HTML code that you need to study and research. This " Jagged Edge" internet site uses frames, not the best … Continue reading

A password protected site with photos?

I’m kind of only starting, and I might make some VERY fundamental HTML sites, but what I need to try is really a site with photos that we can allow family to view, whenever they have a password, rather than allow anyone with not a password access. Something akin to how www. webshots. com is effective. I have an account there (webshots) we pay for, but seeing that I have a website name and hosting, I would like to make my own ring personal site Could this be performed with just HTML DOCUMENT No. You’ll need some form of server side program code that checks with regard to login information, when i. e. PHP or ASP. Wired can be somewhat correct; that’s the best way to achieve this. However, but if your family or whoever is looking at your site features a Google toolbar or something similar mounted, make sure you’ve got a robots. txt file of which tells spiders and crawlers to not ever index your products. What you may be able to get away together with (cheaper alternative) is definitely getting your coordinator to assign password permissions to a directory, so you will get that username/password prompt whenever … Continue reading

Can I hide a URL (for a particular page)?

We’ve created a dog training site so that the user to help ask aour coach a question by completing an application. Just recently this trainer wanted any fee added for every question submitted. I added a PayPal subscription button to start the submission method. When the PayPal purchase is complete, the form page is viewable. Naturally, the URL for the form page is likewise displayed and any one can navigate immediately to it bypassing this PayPal button. Perhaps there is anyway of covering the URL or limiting admission to the page without dealing with the PayPal purchase The simplest way to start this is to cover the page by way of including it in a very frameset. Have the top frame just 1px higher, and this will likely then mask the URL belonging to the form page you are loading into the bottom frame. EDIT: Example coding. Code: < html> < head> < title> Frameset Page< /title> < /head> < frameset rows=" 1, *" border=" 0" frameborder=" 0" > < mode name=" header" scrolling=" no" noresize target=" main" marginwidth=" 0" marginheight=" 0" > < mode name=" main" marginwidth=" 0" marginheight=" 0" scrolling=" auto" > < /frameset> < /html> You would … Continue reading
