Protecting Applications

OKAY, I have a fantastic little web site i always think is great. I plan to separation my site in to 3 products.

1) Fundamental – 5
2) More advanced – 10
3) Whole Site – 25

However I know the risks connected with putting out an internet site onto the world wide web, as soon as the source code is out of your hands people can do anything with that.

What will i do to shield my scripts. vBulletin apparently have something to shield their forums. Does anyone have any suggestions about what I can perform to protect this work from individuals who have not paid out.
