MY PARTNER AND I guess I’m definitely not that creative people, or at minimum my innate creativity wasn’t fully realised just simply yet. Y’see, I will code a site not a problem. The problem arises with building a site look great.
At the moment I have a new plain HTML page that has a small header. It’s simply a glossy black gradient having an outer glow, but I can’t visualize how to take it further. This happens a whole lot. The other issue is moving away from what I time period, ‘The CSS Look’: the theory that is angular, includes 1 pixel is bordered by around everything in addition to basic background shades, and generally seems like it’s been made by someone whom hasn’t really experimented. Pimp That Snack will be the prime example.
Using other web pages for inspiration is hard because I don’t want a site to look too derivative connected with others. I don’t want something what a blatant copy regarding another popular site.
Hence, I have the ambitions and my own ideas, but no skill for getting good results. I know I’m not alone who is such as this (or at least Lets hope so), but I am just intrigued: how many of you decide on it hard to design and easier to help code If you once were like that, did you only keep practicing till your skills increased considerably

My own latest sites like APICA, my stock portfolio site, blog site and just recently a design for the member at another forum, are designs of which I’m very proud of.
Personally i think like I’m starting off to " receive it". So… how did I take action Well… I devote ALOT, and Get real ALOT!!!, or time for the many showcase sites to choose from. Getting inspiration. Whether it be the glow goods for button or perhaps the nice subtle gradients inside the content area.

i are often good one moment at designing a site, then the following site i can not. same goes forr coding, program code some perfectly subsequently other poorly. I do think design, especialy typograpghy are very important and i been recently tring to learn up to i can for the reason that field.
as you can see attractive good sites are bland on clor and wonderfully laid out.
