Problem with layers in Dreamweaver

Hello there everyone, I’m new towards forums and hope you may help me (sorry if here is the wrong place to post this). I will be creating a website for the friend, and am aquiring a small problem with the layers. Basically, the page consists of a layer which has a background image in the container, and several nested layers place top most.
