No scroll 800 X 600 – even possible?!

Greetings all. Here’s my own problem: I’m making the fresh site for my personal church. The man who is essentially directing me informs me that he wants it to fit into an 800 X 600 res minus the window scrolling. He wants the nav for the screen at all times, and he desires a scrolling box to the content. I’ve been enjoyable the man for a little bit with the notion because he would seem really adamant about this, but now Now i’m thinking that it’s more or less impossible. I think just about any normal user of the site will probably have 768 X 1024 as a minimum, so I wish to throw away EIGHT HUNDRED X 600. Can it be just me, or are his goals with this layout unrealistic Looking at the max dimensions at 800 BACK BUTTON 600, the site must fit into some sort of 770 X 430 px common box! Therefore, any idea what I should do or tell him I must mention that dropping him is just not an option. what program should i use

hi im only starting designing webpages. I have developed a design for my client we showed her. I recently made it around photoshop. Im slightly unsure of how to know what program to style the actual page in i’d like to use many flash and web coding. However my layout can be a graphic box which i have made in place. I need my links and details to go ott of this common box, however layers dont work nicely in dreamweaver. Should i create the box design in p’shop In that case import into often flash or DW simply things is layers dont prosper in DW along with i’m not sure learn to get links in flash i will email someone the theory and maybe they might tell me what programs to work with. Need urgent customer is getting stressed. farm website- need server-side advice

Circle Right Farm is a farm that provides a vegetable subscription service ( aka CSA). We currently employ a website (roundrightfarm. com) that is mostly informational. I’d like to add several server side capabilities but don’t have any knowledge of sever-side ‘languages’. I only know html/css plus a wee bit connected with javascript. our subscription assistance currently works this way: customers sign upwards and pay at the start of the time (before June ) as well as a box of produce is fed to a location close to them where they pick it up once a week in the harvest season (june-september). Multi-site search programming?

Hello, Confused where to publish this but My organization is looking to produce a search tool where by, when you enter research online query, it is simultaneously sent into the search boxes of an set of other specific websites (as as an alternative to something like the Google custom search), after being modified to suit the search tools of each particular site, along with the results from each of the searched sites show up on one page. How would one start with something like this is there a name with the things involved during this I’m pretty non-technical, but I can figure a ton out once I understand what to analysis. Bless you! Can’t be done until you have specific permission in the " other sites" to reach their database(s). Those other sites which may have a search common box display their results automatically sites, using their own database(s). Downloading Files

Can you really download files from another server when they aren’t uploaded to the next server One currently we tell visitors to perfect click-save target while and none from the files should be uploaded to the server. DW – preview in broweser problem

I have tried everything I can think of to receive the F12 major to launch the preview to Firefox, when I set ctrl F12 with regard to IE. It works once i click on the particular icon, but once i press F12 it brings up that print box. Does anyone know the location where the setting is located to get these keys being employed properly They work find on my personal laptop, but definitely not on my a short while ago setup desktop. SUPPORT! I do not own a direct answer in your case, but it sure seems like some other program is running over the F12…. Does it start up the print common box if DW is turn off and you press F12 The print container does appear within other programs once i hit F12, after which others the critical has no function linked to it. In Link, AI, and ID is does zilch, in many Microsoft programs the idea launches the print box in the process. So seems such as all Adobe plans don’t recognize this F12 key.
