What should i know about web design??

Hello all, ( quite a broad question to suit your needs ) Im fairly new to web site design – from a product / packaging / visualisation design and style background! I have learnt martial arts training in many areas of web design but rather than carry on about what i know i would really prefer to know just what i need to find out Kid design the major standard websites that you just all get asked to design! Which areas are most important to you – and why How much lisenced users do i should find out to build with regard to ecommerce sites / types / databases / search etc Any great links to tutorials for what you believe are important will be great! Need info on website/database

Im looking to create a basic website that should allow people to join and follow any newsletter or check out contests which can assist me grow the database.. if you will give me any leads to make this additional easier please tell Thanks for finding the time to read this particular thread any help is going to be greatly appreciated What you’re getting is more than a little basic web web site… when you involve a database.. consumers etc.. you’ve stepped away from basic stuff…. you could potentially however accomplish this which includes a pre-built CMS ( subject material management system )… that has every one of the functions already built for yourself…. to customize as well as… you again… will need to know a bit more than the essentials… but the mastering curve is fewer steep… check into Joomla, WordPress, Movable Type… ( dozens more, but my brain hurts now )… most decent hosting providers has these setup and so users can install them on their domain with small knowledge and attempt… just remember to generate " strong" passwords for admin console along with the DB… and update this software anytime you receive a notification ( you need to … Continue reading
