Is FrontPage good for professional web design?

On earth do you like FrontPage as being a professional WYSIWYG publisher I haven’t touch FrontPage is usually a looooong time. Very first thing tho… can you hand-code Get real… can you produce fully functional website with notepad If you are, then I could suggest Dreamweaver having only! DW is great tools with misplaced of features for instance working directly from you web server along with the very convenient code and css application tip, closing tags, and a lot of other things WE haven’t had time to understand. I know many people on each html/design forum will say to that notepad is all you have to and that DW is definitely crap… well… that’s for the reason that don’t know this tool or have only used that " design view" part of it. Help me… Dreamweaver Preview in Browser not working

SUPPORT ME! I’m trying to preview my dreamweaver insurance (. cfm) in Internet Explorer (which I’ve made sure is on this browser list) but if the browser page pops up it simply just says " 404 Certainly not Found… The Requested Document hasn’t been found on this particular server" It’s frustrating given it was working this morning… I’m afraid WE fidgeted with somthing MY SPOUSE AND I shouldn’t have, but don’t know what maybe it’s. Could it be under Manage Internet sites Maybe I’ve selected the incorrect site. I maintain tinkering with elements but I’m reluctant I’m digging myself deeper… And I need to give an update for a meeting tomorrow. Certainly one of our assignments would be to interview a world wide web designer/developer about various aspects of their work.
