New here – and in need!

Hello, I maintain a web site site for any local not-for-profit and you’ll find a problem by using one page we cannot seem to mend. The page will likely be maintained in dreamweaver (not guaranteed if that matters) and is particularly primarily composed making use of one big desk with smaller tables inside that. I hate IE 6…help?

I’ve been working for a site for sometimes off and upon, but here will be problem. All the pages look good in IE 6 and firefox with the exception… the home page. http: //newterritoryoffsites. com/new list. html I realize that I include table in there and that the code is not the best. I had been wondering if We can fix the white wine space in firefox. The item looks okay around IE6. I am endeavoring to not have to redo the full page, so any suggestions could be great! im trying to make a site away from tables in dreamweaver along with html codeing i know is not an effective way to go and that i should use css but i don’t know what im seriously doing, im just looking to make a standard site for the buisness while i made the banner for that site it exhibited in Mozilla firefox along with in safari but it didnt work with explorer and here is the code when u see anything wrong from it i greatly appreciate it.
