Can this design work in tables?

Ive been tweaking with this design for months and cannot apparently correctly lay this out with furniture. I can undertake it fine with div tags, but it really will look awful in 600×800 and can be multiple other complications. Is it possibly possible for me to get this done with tables We are pretty unexperienced i guess in relation to laying the web page out with furniture. I am implementing Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and ImageReady. Can some just one tell me how to handle it, or, even better, point me somewhere where i could learn what is necessary. Frustrated with layout using div tags

Ive been wanting to create a sidebar upon my website the whole day and I can’t obtain it to work. I would prefer an empty div about the left to set up small ads/promotions plus information. Every time MY SPOUSE AND I insert a div licence plate it gets moved down once the content changes, and also it’s driving my family crazy. I dont learn how to get it while in the place I want without putting it into another div and positioning it, so then the content of that div moves this. Any tips bless you! Hello forum, My organization is having the hardest time wanting to figure this out and about. Here it should go. (My end game is to secure a scrollable text box that does not move when people resize the internet browser window. ) My organization is using Dream Weaver CS5 The website My organization is working with, My organization is having some issues. This is the challenge. I have a. psd I ‘m using that when my layout. I center it and also add a backdrop color to the item.
