Making a website
I need my own website HTML is strange aranoid: Someone told me Dreamweaver will work for making nice web sites, does anyone have got a copy I might borrow Macromedia offer free of charge 30 day trials for his or her software, so why dont u try it out, and if you really like it, you could buy a copy. Otherwise find a totally free WYSIWYG HTML editor on the internet. There are a lot of them Dream Weaver is very much the quickest to master and is better than most some. So go to macromedia’s site and download a trial version. Applications don’t make good sites. People create nice sites. I do think I’m nice HTML DOCUMENT is nice: basic: learn it! Truly tried usin WYSIWYG editors, but I always wind up using things like editpad lite or maybe notapad… do make an effort to learn html, it will really help! Plus, with programs, customers with rock-bottom prices something wrong in your design, since with code you can create it exactly how i want it, although with programs such as dreamweaver, you can exclusively really do a whole lot. Agreed. WYSIWYG does not exist regarding web design : as … Continue reading
Basic editor for Mac
I’m after a simple html editor that works on a Mac, where I can open a large amount of files in, to do loads of find/replace stuff. While i was using the PC, I used CuteHTML and yes it worked a deal with, but unfortunately it’s Windows only as long as I know (no assist in meee). And so, any hints It is really just that trying to do it in Dream Weaver but not having the fastest computer on the planet is killing me. It used that they are so eaaasy… Attempt Textwrangler from Uncovered Bones. It offers some nice characteristics and it’s zero cost. I’d recommend making an attempt it out before spending hardly any money. If you’ll still willing to spend some cash, TextMate seems to be gaining momentum as the editor of preference (At least between ROR developers). This differences are virtually negligable. TextMate’s excess features, in my estimation, are mostly asthetic. It doesn’t have an ftp features either (last period I checked). Thankyou a lot, that was exactly the species of thing I was seeking! (TextWrangler, that is actually ).

speeding up WP site
Hey Plainly cut and paste the source code from the page on this wordpress site in to dreamweaver and save as being a html page and also upload to my server the article works. If I did this with the pages on the site would this be operating as a static html site and load faster Or will it be still doing almost everything via the DB plus I’m just filling living with pointless physical exercises BTW there exists a members section in my site that is controlled by plugins. I imagine I’d keep this location and pages php. My main objective should be to stop losing pre sales on account of slow page loads… further info – I am using a shared server The server consumer service claim my own site loads slowly sometimes because it’s just a shared server and it’s actually a WP php site with lotsa plugins. You’ve probably figured I’m sure no coding….. almost any suggestions appreciated thanks it uses the actual db to grab content along with stuff, you cant get it done. Try gettign your web blog cached – unclear about wp, and you can turn this kind of on in joomla. Get … Continue reading

Hello forum, My organization is having the hardest time wanting to figure this out and about. Here it should go. This is the challenge. I have a. psd I ‘m using that when my layout. I center it and also add a backdrop color to the item. I then place a div tag and size it through the margins to are position to where I need it to around correlation with my personal layout. When I let that happen and preview in browser it really is all messed up it is not aligned to where I’d like to see it to. After i resize the web browser window the div label seems to just be in one place. It’s like My organization is using an ap div that we tried but don’t work was getting the same result. Now when I head over to the box options and chose remaining auto and correct auto it focuses the div … Continue reading
