Having problem uploading to remote site on Dreamweaver MX, help plz!!!

Hi there I have just started employing Dreamweaver MX plus am experiencing a number of problems, I was curious about if somebody when using the know-how could support me out. Anyhow, I am having difficulty uploading my documents. My web space may be registered. Now the challenge is that about my remote site We’ve three folders, htdocs logfiles along with private now I’m sure that for me to evaluate any pages that I can put them on the htdocs folder, however, when I decide on the file that we want to upload I endeavor to drag it on the htdocs folder or even press the fit button, but for reasons uknown the files ends up in the private folder, when I try and go online I dont get access to the page we saved. Another thing is that how one can delete files out of my remote web-site, lets say I produce complete rooster-up and want to delete all data, how can MY PARTNER AND I refresh my completely site You need to someone help us!!!!! some dreamweaver help

i need a little bit of dreamweaver help in this article… i’m trying to be able to align links for example " close window" in addition to " next page" towards bottom of a fresh browser window. the window is created from the script pertaining to " open fresh browser window", and it is just a specific size. i just need the links to stay in the very same place (bottom with window) with each and every new window in which pops up. we have no friggin’ vision, and ANY help would be great. thank you… btw, here is the site i’m focusing on, and the windows open once you click on the buttons that are within the iframe… http: //www. spireintegrated. com/ good.. i don’t find the links on your site that you might have having trouble by using (so, i’m betting you havn’t published that part yet) Anyhow, if you position the links in a table which is in pixels instead of percent, it won’t maneuver.. and that should help your difficulty. ooooh! i didn’t know the images could select to *sorry* right now i see.. i would try setting the specified height towards table above that. Can’t view Dreamweaver help files

Ideally, this is the right place to submit this thread… horribly new and undecided. Up until yesterday I can view my aid files and faq in Dreamweaver MX 2003 however is not today. I obtain a " there was a dilemma starting help" information box everytime WE try. For a few reason I aren’t able to view the *. chm data anymore. I can watch the files by way of Acrobat but My organization is wondering if anybody knows how I will fix things so I could use help with Dreamweaver. Thanks! If you dont have many custom settings, I’d try to uninstall & reinstall. Thanks but regrettably I tried that without the need of success. Dreamweaver Help

Hi guys. I haven’t employed Dreamweaver in after some duration, and I’ve neglected nearly everything, but I detect it quick the moment I figure all this out again. I know there are tutorials on the market, but with a course like Dreamweaver, the sole thing that helps is such as a video series, and the good ones you will need to pay for. Hence anyway, here’s the dilemma. I manufactured my layout in Photoshop, sliced it way up and put the idea in dreamweaver thinking that it would be simple to start putting tables, text, and links to do it. But, once i went to put a table, it rearranged the entire layout and made it funky. I thought the actual table would simply just sit ontop of the sliced images, although, I guess I didn’t really understand in my highschool course those couple issue. Hence, if someone could explain, or throw some great tutorials my means, I would always be really grateful! I need some dreamweaver coding help please!

Hello there everyone, I’ve tried to educate yourself to hand code as an alternative to using a WYSIWYG manager like dreamweaver. So I’ve typed up a tiny web site code in textedit, along with I copied along with pasted it directly into dreamweaver’s code area. I’m sure the actual coding is proper, it checked available on several diverse validators. But there’s nothing showing up within the design side, so that I can find what I’ve done. Is there anything I’m doing wrong Thanks for help. What are the results if you save it from a folder as something such as " index. html" after which you can you attempt to open it applying IE or FireFox browser I’m not just a DW user, nevertheless maybe DW needs something special (for itself) to examine it Sure I’ll try in which, I haven’t tried using saving the archive yet, so Cover check that released.
